Comparison

EventStreams vs EventsAir

EventsAir is a mature platform with particular strength in conference and association events. This page compares the two on commercial model, and on the parts of the published scope where the two genuinely differ.

Which one suits you

EventsAir suits academic congresses and association conferences, particularly where abstract submission and review is part of the job.

EventStreams suits teams who want published pricing and a self-serve start, and whose complexity sits in the run of show rather than in abstracts.

Where EventsAir is strong

EventsAir publishes abstract management, which EventStreams does not offer. If your events involve an academic abstract submission and review process, EventsAir covers that and we do not. It also publishes check-in and badging, sponsors and exhibitors, travel and accommodation, hybrid broadcast tools and AI assistants, all of which we cover too, so those are not points of difference between the two platforms.

What we have not compared

We have not scored data hosting or run-of-show operations on this page. EventsAir does not state a hosting region on the pages we checked, and run sheets and supplier tracking do not appear either way in their published capability list.

Absence from a marketing page is not evidence of absence from a product. If either matters to your decision, ask EventsAir directly. Our own position on both is set out on our enterprise and operations pages.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

How much does EventsAir cost?
EventsAir does not publish pricing figures. It lists three plans — Single, Multi and Enterprise — each with a "Request pricing" action. EventStreams publishes its plan prices.
Does EventStreams handle abstract management?
No. Abstract submission and review is not part of EventStreams. If your event depends on it, EventsAir publishes that capability and we would rather say so than take up your evaluation time.
