Why we built it
We built EventStreams because we’ve been there
EventStreams wasn’t created by people looking in from the outside. It was built by someone who spent years in live production and corporate events, carrying the responsibility of delivering them.
We know the pressure. We know how quickly plans change. And we know that good event teams don’t need software to tell them how to do their job. They need software that supports the way they already work.

From the inside, it’s anything but
For fifteen years I worked behind the scenes on corporate events, conferences and live shows, on land and at sea. I saw extraordinary teams making thousands of decisions under constant pressure, coordinating venues, suppliers, speakers, production crews and logistics while adapting to the changes that always happen when people, technology and live environments come together.
I never believed event professionals needed software to teach them how to do their jobs. They already knew how. What they deserved were tools built with the same care and professionalism they bring to every event.
Technology should reduce friction. It should bring information together. It should help teams stay connected and confident. Most importantly, it should quietly support the people carrying the responsibility of delivering exceptional events.
