AI

Intelligence built into every workflow.

EventStreams doesn't bolt on a third-party AI integration. AI is part of the platform — generating content, moderating Q&A, drafting emails, answering attendee questions, and summarising event performance without leaving the product.

01

Before the event

AI writes landing page content and drafts your email campaigns from event context.

02

During the event

AI moderates Q&A questions, detects duplicates, suggests answers, and responds to attendee queries in real time.

03

After the event

AI produces a plain-English performance summary covering attendance, engagement, streams, and expo visits.

Capabilities

Five AI workflows, all inside the platform.

Each capability is part of EventStreams — no separate accounts, no integrations to configure, no context lost switching between tools.

01

Content generation

Landing pages written from your event context.

Generate hero copy, agenda sections, speaker bios, countdown blocks, testimonial carousels, and sponsor banners in one click. AI reads your event details and fills each block with relevant, structured content. A 30-second undo is available if you want to adjust before saving.

Supported blocks

Hero, Agenda, Speakers, Stats, CTA, Testimonials, and more

Bulk generation

Generate all generatable blocks in one run

Per-block control

Hint field to steer tone or focus

02

Email drafting

Campaign wizard that writes the brief for you.

Describe your email goal in a sentence and the AI wizard returns a complete campaign draft — subject line, body copy, target segment, and optimal send time — with a rationale you can review before creating the campaign. Works across announcement, follow-up, reminder, and post-event formats.

Output

Subject, body, segment, send time, rationale

Formats

Announcement, reminder, follow-up, sponsor, translation

AI assist in editor

Improve, shorten, formalise, or check coverage

03

Q&A moderation

Questions screened before the moderator sees them.

Every new Q&A question is automatically classified as clean, flagged, or rejected. Duplicates are detected against existing approved questions and surfaced as a warning before they reach the moderator queue. When context is available, a suggested answer is drafted and queued for the host to accept or edit.

Verdicts

Clean, flagged (with reason), rejected

Duplicate detection

Matched against up to 20 approved questions

Suggested answers

Pre-drafted from event and session context

04

Attendee assistant

An AI that knows your event, answering attendee questions live.

Attendees can ask questions about the agenda, sessions, speakers, and logistics directly in the event interface. The assistant builds its answers from your event data — sessions, FAQ blocks, and upcoming schedules — and rate-limits responses to prevent abuse. Enable it per-event with the attendee.assistant feature flag.

Context

Agenda, sessions, FAQ, upcoming schedule

Access

Attendee-scoped, event-isolated

Rate limit

20 questions per attendee per hour

05

Event insights

A plain-English performance summary after every event.

After the event closes, AI reads attendance data, engagement signals, Q&A participation, stream analytics, and expo visit counts, then produces a structured summary covering what went well, where attention dropped, and what to consider next time. Room-level insights cover stream quality, audience behaviour, and session performance.

Scope

Event-level and room-level summaries

Data sources

Attendance, engagement, streams, expo, Q&A

Regeneration
