The problem
Most events still run on a patchwork of separate tools
Most teams stitch together a streaming tool, a registration system, an engagement app, an exhibition vendor, an email tool and a spreadsheet. Six to twelve systems, none of which talk to each other.
The real cost is that nobody can see the whole event at once. Room clashes turn up on the day, run sheets live in Word documents, and the report afterwards is pieced together by hand from four exports, a fortnight late.

- What is EventStreams?
- EventStreams is the Event OS: one system that covers selling, running, delivering and measuring an event. Registration, the website, the run sheet, the floor plan, the live stage, check-in and the analytics sit on one set of data.
- Where is EventStreams data held?
- In the UK, on EventStreams’ own AWS infrastructure in London. Every privileged action is written to a tamper-evident audit trail.
- Can we stream to LinkedIn or YouTube as well as our own event page?
- Yes. EventStreams Simulcast sends a room’s live stream to LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch or any custom RTMP destination, up to six at once, alongside the branded in-app stream. It is available on Pro and above.
- Do attendees get a wallet pass?
- Yes. EventStreams issues Apple and Google Wallet passes with the booking, branded per event, and they are scanned at the door.
- Does R2 change things without asking?
- No. Every change R2, the EventStreams assistant, makes is shown on a confirm card first, and R2 can only see and do what the person using it is allowed to.
