About

Built by someone who has run events

EventStreams was built by someone who spent years delivering live and corporate events.

Why we built it

Event analytics softwareSee what worked and what to change next time

Attendance, engagement, reach, per-room performance and stream quality, measured against the same data the event ran on, with an AI summary that names what worked and what to change.

Event analytics come with every plan; AI summaries are on Pro and above

What Worked

  • The keynote held its online audience to the close.
  • Expo Pass check-in peaked at 09:10 with no queue past the foyer.

What Didn't Work

  • The Innovation Theatre ran at 38% of capacity on day two.
  • Online questions waited longest during the investment panel.

Recommendations for Next Event

  • Move day two's policy panel to the Caldera Main Stage.
  • Add a second moderator where there is an online audience.

The AI summary

Get an AI summary before, during and after the event

The summary names what worked, what did not and what to do about it, and what it covers depends on whether the event has yet to start, is running or has ended.

It never comments on something the event did not use, and where the data is thin it says so.

  • Before the doors open: registration pace against the time remaining, capacity headroom and whether the line-up is complete, with things to do before anyone arrives
  • While it is running: turnout against registrations, which sessions are holding attention, where engagement is thin, and anything to act on in the next hour
  • After it ends: a retrospective, with the changes to make at the next comparable event

Rooms and the stream

Track how each room and stream performed

Room KPIs cover the whole session: unique reach, peak concurrent audience, how many of the audience took part, average dwell and total watch time, with an AI recap and a CSV export.

Stream figures show views, unique viewers and watch time for each broadcast, and how it played, from startup time to rebuffering and playback failures. Where translation ran, you see which languages, for how long, and how many listened in the room and remotely.

Stands and the floor

Play back stand visits across the show

For an exhibition, stand visits are counted from booth scans on site and from stand opens in the event app, which carry dwell time. The heat map colours every stand by its visits and plays the show back on a time scrubber.

Sponsor pages report their views, button clicks, downloads, video starts and QR visits.

The year

Compare this year's events with last year's

Performance looks back over a financial or calendar year: events delivered, attendance against plan, engagement, spend against budget, ticket revenue and workload, compared with the previous year and exportable as a CSV. It is on Business and Enterprise.

Questions

Questions about analytics

Which plans include analytics?
Event analytics come with every plan. AI summaries are on Pro and above, and the year view under Operations is on Business and Enterprise.
What does the AI summary cover?
It depends on when you ask. Before the doors open it reviews registration pace and readiness, while the event runs it looks at turnout and attention, and afterwards it gives a retrospective with changes for next time. It says nothing about capabilities the event did not use.
Are Simulcast viewers included in the numbers?
No. Viewers on LinkedIn, YouTube and other Simulcast destinations are counted on those platforms' own dashboards. Stream figures count plays of the in-app stream.
Can we export the data?
Yes. Room KPIs, the year view and the attendee list export as CSV, and feedback form responses download as one row per submission.
