Start from last year’s event
Duplicating an event copies its rooms, settings, branding and agenda without the attendees. Speakers, venues and suppliers are held at account level, with each supplier's and venue's record from previous years.

Stream sessions and keep them on demand
Sessions stream from an encoder or a browser stage, and recordings go into on-demand events, watched in any order or as a numbered course, with a certificate of completion if you want one.

Questions about associations
- Does EventStreams manage our membership?
- No. It runs your events. Members register for each event or are imported by CSV, and member rates are set up as passes or voucher codes.
- Can we reuse last year's event?
- Yes. Duplicating an event creates a new draft with the same rooms, settings, branding and agenda, and no attendees or registrations. Exhibitor packages come across with their list prices.
- Can volunteers have limited access?
- Yes. Team groups limit people to particular events, and to rooms within them. On Business and Enterprise, a custom role starts with almost nothing and builds up only from the groups and permissions you give.
- Can recorded sessions be offered afterwards?
- Yes, on Pro and above. An on-demand event shows videos from the account library in any order or as a numbered course, with an optional certificate of completion.
