8. ATTENDEE DATA AND PRIVACY

8.1 EventStreams and the Organisation share responsibility for personal data relating to Attendees depending on the nature of the processing. The applicable data processing arrangements are set out in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of the contract between EventStreams and the Organisation.

8.2 You, as the Organisation, are the data controller for Attendee personal data collected through your Events. EventStreams acts as a data processor in respect of such data.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

9.1 We use carefully selected third-party service providers to help us deliver the Platform, including providers for cloud infrastructure, payment processing, communications, mapping, artificial intelligence, video delivery and customer support. These providers process personal data only where necessary to provide their services and are subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations.

9.2 EventStreams is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
