Built by someone who has run events
EventStreams was built by someone who spent years delivering live and corporate events.
Why we built itMost hybrid events are run as two separate events: an in-person event with its own registration, and a streaming tool bolted on alongside it. The remote audience gets a worse experience, and afterwards nobody can say how many people actually attended. EventStreams runs both sides as one event.

Delegates register once, whether they are coming to the venue or joining remotely, and appear on one attendee list. Both audiences share one agenda, so when a session moves, it moves for everyone and there is only one copy to update.
Adaptive-bitrate streaming with DVR means remote delegates can pause, rewind and catch up rather than falling behind the room. Sessions are available on demand the moment they end, and a browser broadcast studio runs the stream without an encoder to install. The same live mix can be simulcast to your own social channels, or sent to your own encoder if the venue already has a gallery.
Live polls, moderated Q&A, chat and quizzes run inside every session, so a question from someone at home reaches the stage through the same moderation queue as one from the floor. A virtual exhibition floor with branded stands and one-to-one exhibitor video meetings gives sponsors a reason to value the remote audience.
QR check-in at the venue runs on the same system as the stream, so in-person attendance and remote attendance land in the same dataset. That is the difference between reporting "1,200 registered" and being able to say how many were in the room, how many watched live, how many watched later and what any of them did.
Attendance, engagement and reach cover both audiences in one report, with per-room KPIs and a post-event AI debrief — rather than a venue headcount in one file and streaming analytics in another.
