Page builder
Edit pages on a live canvas and publish when ready
Drag blocks onto the page or insert one exactly where you want it, then edit it in place. Blocks are grouped by what they do, from structure and story to social proof, media, conversion and utility, and the canvas previews desktop, tablet and phone widths.
Work is saved as a draft and goes live when you publish it, so the page attendees see changes when you decide. A preview link lets a colleague check the draft first.
- A hero with an image or video background, a countdown and a register button
- Agenda, speakers, sponsors, gallery, location and FAQ blocks
- Video blocks fed from your own video library
Design with R2
R2 drafts the page from your event details
R2 reads the event you have already set up, its dates, venue, sessions, speakers, sponsors and stands, and lays out a page of three to nine blocks with the copy written. Nothing is saved until you keep it, and it still needs publishing.
For a single block, Generate content writes the text for that block from a hint. Galleries, videos and sponsor blocks are left to you.
Domains and branding
Publish the site on your own domain
Every event starts with a free address that works straight away over HTTPS. On Pro and above you can connect a domain you already own, buy a new one or transfer one in, and attach it to the event as its primary address.
Branding is set once for the event. The logo, colours and favicon carry through the pages, the attendee app, the emails and the wallet passes.
Inside the event
Build the pages attendees see inside each room
The room page sits under the stage in every room and is built in the same builder. One template serves every room, and any room can have its own page when it needs one.
Speakers come from an account-wide library, so a regular speaker's profile is written once. Sponsors get their own pages with calls to action, downloads, video and a QR code, and each sponsor page reports its views, clicks and downloads.

Questions
Questions about event websites
- Can the event site use our own domain?
- Yes, on Pro and above. Connect a domain you already own by adding a CNAME or A record, buy a new one, or transfer one in, then attach it to the event. Every event also has a free address that works straight away.
- Do we need a developer to build the pages?
- No. Pages are built by dragging blocks onto a live canvas, editing them in place and publishing. The logo, colours and favicon are set once in the event branding.
- Can R2 build the page for us?
- On Pro and above, Design with R2 reads the event you have set up and lays out three to nine blocks with the copy written. You keep it, undo it or try again, and nothing goes live until you publish.
- Can each room have its own page?
- Yes. Rooms share one page template by default, and any room can have its own page, which is used once it is published with at least one block.
