Questions
Questions about pricing
- What counts as an event?
- An event counts against your allowance in the month, and the year, it is scheduled for. The two are separate allowances: boost packs add events in a month, and the yearly allowance resets each year.
- What happens when an event reaches its registration limit?
- Registration for that event closes, and attendees are told it is full. Move to a higher plan, or talk to us, if an event needs more places.
- What is a live hour?
- One stage live for an hour to up to 250 people on average. Double the audience, double the hours. Recordings and simulcast to YouTube or LinkedIn don't count.
- What if a stream runs past my live hours?
- It never stops. The extra comes out of your next top-up, and you can't start a new stream until you've topped up.
- What does "unlimited" mean on Enterprise?
- No set cap, within fair use. We agree what your programme needs when we plan the rollout with you.
- Where is our data held?
- In the United Kingdom, on AWS London, on every plan.
- Can we change plan later?
- Yes. Talk to us and we will move you to the plan that fits.
