About

Built by someone who has run events

EventStreams was built by someone who spent years delivering live and corporate events.

Why we built it

Exhibition floor plan softwarePlan the hall, price every stand and manage your exhibitors

Hall plans built from the venue PDF and rendered in 3D, shell-scheme stands, exhibitor packages and pricing, a branded exhibitor portal, stand visits from scans and a heat map of the hall.

Expo is an expansion pack, priced by stand count

SWITCH 2027, Halls 3 and 4, drawn as a plan. Floor plans are built from the venue PDF and rendered in 3D in the product.

The hall

Upload the venue plan and see the hall in 3D

Upload the venue plan as a PDF or an image and stands drawn as solid shapes are detected for you. Anything the detection misses is drawn by hand, as a rectangle or a shape of any outline, and repeated stands can be copied at the same size.

Stands come through as shell scheme, with walls where they back onto a neighbour and open to the aisle, so exhibitors can see the walls they are designing to and their artwork hung on each panel. A hall can have several levels, stacked in the 3D view, with entrances, toilets, food and first aid marked.

Packages and pricing

Each stand package sets what the exhibitor gets

A package sets how a stand opens for attendees, as a side drawer, a modal or a full page, and whether it carries chat, video or a live stream. Attendees only get those on stands whose package includes them.

Each package has a list price, and each stand can carry the price that exhibitor actually agreed, including nothing for a stand you are giving away. Confirm the price and it goes into the event budget as exhibitor income.

Exhibitor Centre

Exhibitors update their own profiles and products

Exhibitors sign in to their own portal at the event's exhibitor address, carrying the event's logo, colour and name. There they keep their profile, gallery and product list up to date, and attendees find the products in the event app's Products directory. Sponsors get the same portal at the event's sponsor address.

Agreed prices, price confirmation and your internal notes are never sent to the portal. Inviting people and linking a company to its stand stay with you in the Console.

On the floor

Count stand visits on site and in the app

Booth stations scan visitors at each stand, and visits in the event app are recorded with their dwell time. The exhibition dashboard shows who is in the hall now, the busiest stands and the quiet ones, and anything that needs attention.

The heat map colours every stand by its visits and plays the hall back over the show on a time scrubber, for visits on site, online or both.

Event Map and seating

Map the venue and assign attendees to tables

For events without an exhibition, the Event Map holds the venue across several levels in 2D and 3D, with check-in points, points of interest, room areas and numbered tables. Seating assigns attendees to tables from an unseated list, with live occupancy per table.

A venue plan can be saved as a template and reused across events at the same venue. The Event Map and seating are on Business and Enterprise.

Questions

Questions about floor plans & exhibitors

How is Expo priced?
As an expansion pack for one exhibition, priced by stand count. An organiser running one exhibition a year is not paying for it all year.
Can we use our venue's floor plan?
Yes. Upload a single-page PDF, or a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, and the hall is built from it, then rendered in 3D. Stands drawn as solid shapes are detected automatically; outlined stands are drawn by hand in the builder.
Do exhibitors get their own sign-in?
Yes. Exhibitors sign in to their own portal at the event's exhibitor address, in the event's branding, where they manage their profile and products. Owners and admins on the company's team can edit; staff can view.
Where do stand visit numbers come from?
On site, from scans at booth check-in stations linked to each stand. Online, from attendees opening the stand in the event app, which also records how long they stayed.
