Passes
Set price, capacity, days and rooms on each pass
Each pass carries its own price and currency, a capacity, and whether it is for the room or the stream. Limit it to certain days or certain rooms and attendees only see what their pass opens. When a pass reaches capacity, registration shows it as sold out.
Hidden passes stay off the public page for your team to assign, and one pass can be the default for anyone added without a choice. Passes and voucher codes both import and export as CSV, so a rate card built in a spreadsheet does not have to be typed in again.
- Voucher codes for a percentage off, a fixed amount off or free, with a redemption limit and start and end times
- In-person or virtual passes, matched to the event format
- Day and room access set on each pass
Group bookings
One person books and pays for the whole group
A booker adds tickets for other people by name, each with its own ticket type, and pays once. Every in-person ticket has its own barcode, so companions check in separately, and one confirmation email carries every ticket in the booking.
The booker's record shows the whole party, what was paid and how many have checked in. Staff can move a ticket to another pass, cancel it and free the capacity, or turn a companion into a full attendee with their own record.
Wallet passes
Tickets that go straight into Apple and Google Wallet
In-person tickets go into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from the ticket email or the event app, in the event's own colours and logo. The barcode is a signed QR code, or PDF417 if you set the event to use it, and it scans at the desk like any other ticket.
A group booking adds every eligible ticket in one go. If a ticket is cancelled, the pass stays in the phone but is refused at check-in.

Registration
Collect the details you need at registration
Registration runs in three steps: the ticket, the attendee's details, then your own questions. Attendees confirm their email with a code before they register, and accept your published terms where the event has them.
Questions can be text, choices, yes or no, numbers or dates, required or optional, and shown to particular attendee groups only. Attendees can record dietary requirements on their profile, and documents they must upload can be encrypted and deleted automatically.
Ticket emails and reminders go out automatically
Registration confirmations, tickets, receipts and reminders are sent automatically in the event's branding, and reminders go out at the intervals you choose before the start. Campaigns are written from your templates and go to all attendees, registered attendees or those checked in, when you press send.
Bounces, complaints and unsubscribes are kept out of future sends automatically, and the send log shows each recipient's delivery status.

Questions
Questions about registration & ticketing
- Which plans include paid ticketing?
- Passes, paid tickets and voucher codes are on Pro, Business and Enterprise. Card payments from ticket sales are paid out to your own account, and every payment is listed on the Transactions page.
- Can one person book for a group?
- Yes. With multi-ticket booking switched on, a booker adds named companions, each with their own ticket type, and pays once. Each in-person ticket has its own barcode, and the booker's record shows the whole party.
- Do attendees get a wallet pass?
- Yes. Anyone with a paid or free in-person ticket can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from the ticket email or the event app. The pass carries the event's colours and logo and scans at the check-in desk.
- Can a pass be limited to certain days or rooms?
- Yes. Each pass can be limited to particular days and particular rooms, and attendees only see the rooms their pass opens. Capacity is set per pass, and a full pass shows as sold out.
